      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make 400 calls and set 5 meetings per week
      - Maintain 14 meetings held and 10 qualified opportunities per month
      - Engage with leads to set appointments for Account Executive(s)
      - Support marketing efforts by following up on Marketing Qualified Leads
      - Manage prospect data integrity and communicate effectively with the sales team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in a selling environment is preferred
      - Exceptional attention to detail, task management, and organizational skills
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to learn new technologies quickly and be highly coachable
      - Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a SaaS environment
      - Familiarity with Gong and Salesforce platforms
      - Proven ability to build relationships quickly over the phone
      - Previous experience in sales development or lead generation roles
      - Strong understanding of the education, property management, or manufacturing sectors
