What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospecting via phone, email, and social media to engage potential clients
- Developing and qualifying leads from inbound marketing campaigns and events
- Presenting the employer's offerings to potential clients effectively
- Successfully qualifying prospects into meetings for the field sales team
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create and launch campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calls, video, email, and social media outreach
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Strong communication and qualification skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for analyzing data
- Understanding of meeting and conversion performance metrics
