What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take ownership of fulfilling daily, weekly, and monthly quotas
- Schedule 4-6 appointments per day with prospective customers
- Follow the outlined process and utilize provided tools effectively
- Engage in effective communication to get past gatekeepers and reach decision-makers
- Maintain detailed notes on calls and update information in customer relationship management software
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with diverse prospective customers
- Positive and helpful attitude with a strong team player mentality
- Strong customer service skills and a calm demeanor during interactions
- Capacity to accept constructive feedback and improve appointment-setting techniques
- Proficiency in verbal communication in English with clarity and professionalism
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a sales support role or similar customer-facing position
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in appointment setting or sales development
