What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in daily outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach channels (75+ per day)
- Research and identify leads aligned with ideal customer profiles
- Create and deliver personalized outreach to generate interest in advertising solutions
- Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams for seamless handoff of qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales engagement tools while managing lead follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of Sales Development Representative (SDR) or outbound sales experience
- Outstanding phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, tech-savvy selling environment
- Capacity to balance creativity and adaptability in a dynamic team setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in identifying and soliciting new business in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and meeting booking goals
