What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive pipeline growth to maximize sales capacity and meet/exceed company targets
- Source, vet, and qualify high-potential clients to create a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
- Engage senior decision-makers through strategic outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Ensure a seamless transition handoff process between Sales Development and Sales Executives
- Utilize reporting and dashboarding capabilities to communicate results and track performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Development in technology B2B Sales in Fintech, Gaming, or Payments industry
- Proven track record of successful sales pipeline development through outbound and inbound efforts
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive results
- Data-driven approach with the ability to provide accurate information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in closing sales roles is a plus
- Proficiency in SFDC, Gong, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Navigator
- Experience in Online Gaming or Financial Tech
- A strong self-motivator with a can-do attitude
