      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outbound phone sales and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing
      - Utilize CRM tools to prospect, qualify, and conduct cold calls/emails to potential clients
      - Schedule new business meetings for territory VPs of Sales and Regional Sales Managers
      - Participate in virtual meetings and conduct technology demonstrations for clients
      - Maintain and report on daily performance metrics to monitor progress toward sales goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience or business-to-consumer service experience
      - 1-2 years of cold calling experience with a proven track record of success
      - Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce) and Google Suite Apps products
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
      - Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
      - Experience in business development, customer engagement, or account management
      - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
      - Comfortable using technology for virtual presentations and communication
      - Experience building relationships in a B2B environment
