What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Map company structures and verify information to identify potential accounts
- Conduct calls and emails to drive demo bookings and schedule leads for Sales Representatives
- Learn and practice prospecting conversation techniques and objection-handling
- Organize, clean, and maintain the CRM database effectively
- Shadow experienced sales representatives to enhance conversation skills and sales knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Junior or Senior candidate
- Degree in Hospitality, Communications, Customer Service, Marketing, or Business Management/Administration
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills
