What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Map company structures and verify information to identify workable accounts
- Conduct calls and emails to drive demo bookings and schedule leads for Sales Representatives
- Role-play and learn conversation best practices, objection-handling techniques, and prospecting skills
- Shadow sales development representatives and listen to demos from Account Executives
- Organize, clean, and maintain the CRM database while learning the sales prospecting process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Junior or Senior candidate pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Communications, Customer Service, Marketing, or Business Management/Administration
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Confident, positive, resilient, and adaptable personality
- Competitive and tenacious attitude
- Good computer skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with the Information Technology industry, particularly cybersecurity
- Strong interest in sales and prospecting techniques
- Experience in team-oriented projects or activities
