      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, quota, and activity metrics
      - Navigate objections through value-driven messaging
      - Write relevant emails and engage in video prospecting to create value for customers
      - Collaborate with Sales and Success Account Teams to build the sales pipeline
      - Utilize tools such as SFDC, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator in daily tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - No previous Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience required; enthusiasm for starting a career in sales is welcomed
      - Strong accountability and desire to perform at a high level in a results-driven environment
      - Excellent communication skills, demonstrating clarity, intention, and curiosity
      - Commitment to continuous learning and seeking coaching for personal development
      - Ability to embrace change and view challenges as opportunities for growth
