What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound phone sales and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales opportunities and maintain territory management records
- Schedule new business meetings and client meetings for territory sales leaders
- Support sales initiatives by participating in virtual meetings with clients and prospects
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the value of the company's solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of B2B sales experience or business-to-consumer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound phone sales and manage the sales process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite Apps
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of cold calling experience with a proven track record of success
- Experience in business development, customer engagement, or account management
