What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound seller inquiries and qualify leads through discovery conversations
- Schedule listing consultations and maintain accurate CRM records
- Identify and reach out to potential agent recruits while managing the candidate pipeline
- Research commercial opportunities and maintain relationships with property owners
- Support content production and manage social media content calendar
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, text, and video
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Competitive drive and resilience in a sales environment
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role
- Interest in real estate (license not required, but a plus)
- Experience with CRM systems or pipeline management
- Familiarity with Bay Area geography and neighborhoods
- College degree or equivalent professional experience
