What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own prospecting efforts targeting the ideal customer profile (ICP) through multi-channel outreach
- Quickly qualify leads through light discovery and book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Collaborate with the Business Development Representative (BDR) and Marketing teams on messaging and campaign strategies
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and document learnings from outreach efforts
- Track weekly activity and outcome goals, using data to inform and improve outreach strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Grit and determination, with a strong drive to follow through on tasks and objectives
- Self-sufficient with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to engage with prospects at various levels
- Empathy and integrity, demonstrating a genuine passion for solving customer problems
- Comfortable using modern sales tools and open to exploring new approaches in sales
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with digital sales rooms and buyer enablement tools
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Nooks, Warmly, CommonRoom, and Apollo
