      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities within target accounts and industries
      - Research and identify ideal customer profiles, executing multi-touch campaigns across various channels
      - Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
      - Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account-based strategies and penetrate key organizations
      - Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene in Salesforce, tracking all prospect interactions and pipeline metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales, SDR/BDR role, or customer-facing environment
      - Proven ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, high-activity sales environment
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility
      - Experience collaborating effectively within remote or distributed teams
      - Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with sales technology stack including Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, G-Suite, and Zoom
      - Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and contribute ideas for process improvement
