      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make 100+ calls a day and engage with trial leads through email and chat to qualify and schedule meetings with Account Executives
      - Nurture free-use customers until they are ready to transition to paid solutions
      - Reach out to past customers to rekindle interest and engagement
      - Maintain detailed notes in the CRM and provide feedback to leadership for strategic improvements
      - Follow up on missed appointments to reschedule prospects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role (Inbound or Outbound)
      - Familiarity with SaaS, UCaaS, Digital Marketing, or similar solutions
      - Proven ability to influence prospects via email, phone, or chat
      - Strong time management and multitasking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as an Account Executive, Customer Success, or Account Manager
      - Previous experience in SaaS, particularly in non-commodities
      - Background in the service industry, either sold to or employed by
      - Recognition or awards in sales performance
      - Proficiency with HubSpot
