What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively identify and research potential clients and key decision makers through various channels
- Drive outbound prospecting activities via cold calling, email, and social media to qualify leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain CRM records for all leads and prospects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM and sales engagement tools
- Resilience, a consistently positive attitude, and a growth mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling automation solutions, particularly in healthcare and/or IT sectors
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the sales profession
