      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage leads via phone, email, and follow-up to qualify and book demos for Account Executives
      - Make 50+ dials a day to generate sales interest
      - Handle objections from gatekeepers and focus on discovery questions to understand client needs
      - Study the challenges faced by eye care professionals in insurance billing to better inform prospects
      - Maintain CRM hygiene, sales notes, and call recordings while owning your metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Hustle, motivation, drive, and positive energy
      - Confidence to make 50+ dials a day
      - Impeccable communication skills with a focus on lead generation
      - Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn and improve
      - Familiarity with modern sales tech stack including CRMs, Zoom, Slack, and G-suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales or customer engagement roles
      - A background in healthcare or insurance-related fields
      - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
      - Eagerness to collaborate with Account Executives and learn from industry leaders
