What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls and utilize email and social channels to engage potential residential and commercial clients
- Successfully schedule qualified appointments for the U.S. Sales team to conduct "Free Flood Analysis & Quote"
- Qualify leads based on flood risk, property type, decision-making authority, and genuine interest in flood mitigation solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, lead statuses, and appointment details in the CRM system
- Handle prospect objections professionally while maintaining composure to secure appointments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the Philippines and be set up for remote work
- Proven experience of 1+ years in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably for a U.S. or international market
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent
- Ability to work a U.S. time zone schedule to align with target customer availability
- Familiarity with CRM software and productivity tools such as Google Workspace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling a technical or specialized home service (e.g., home improvement, roofing, solar, insurance)
- Knowledge of lead qualification methodologies (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC)
