      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively research and identify high-potential companies for outbound outreach
      - Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to closing deals
      - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase offerings
      - Identify upsell opportunities within the existing customer base
      - Maintain accurate data within the CRM and ensure timely reporting on sales activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the alarm industry or B2B software sales
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Strong prospecting skills with the ability to engage decision-makers
      - Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
      - Familiarity with CRM software and sales KPIs
