What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM)-driven outbound campaigns through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to connect with high-value accounts
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts, job titles, and functions to personalize outreach
- Schedule 2-5 qualified discovery calls per week with priority accounts
- Maintain accurate logging of activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine outreach strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in an outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) role
- 1+ years of experience in a startup environment (Series B or earlier preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent critical thinking skills and a highly competitive nature
- Proven ability to conduct effective research to identify decision-makers
