What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make 100+ cold calls per day to U.S.-based prospects using Apollo and Elto
- Book qualified meetings with general contractors and construction firms
- Qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Use email and LinkedIn for follow-ups and multichannel outreach
- Maintain activity logs and prospect data in the CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be fully available during Eastern Time (EST) working hours
- 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Experience selling to construction firms or trade businesses
- Familiarity with estimation services or construction-related SaaS/tools
- Experience in BPO or offshore service sales
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the U.S. construction industry and its dynamics
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment
