      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research targeted accounts and identify qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting
      - Generate pipeline for Account Executives via cold calling and tailored email outreach
      - Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff and reengagement of past opportunities
      - Provide insights and solutions to improve and optimize sales processes and training
      - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar role
      - Strong research skills to identify and connect with decision-makers
      - Ability to handle cold calling and face rejection regularly
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Coachable with a strong work ethic and growth mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the real estate or technology industry
      - Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
      - Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Reonomy, Crexi, and Zoominfo
      - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
      - Collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to a positive team environment
