      ABOUT THE ROLE:

      As an SDR at AlgoShack, you will be the first point of contact for engineering leaders, QA Directors, CTOs, and VP-level decision-makers at companies that need to modernise their software testing practices. You will build pipeline by articulating AlgoShack's unique value proposition in AI-driven test automation and booking high-quality discovery calls for our Account Executive team.

      This is a high-impact, high-growth role with a clear path to Account Executive within 12-18 months. You'll be trained by industry-leading sales coaches and gain deep domain knowledge in one of the fastest-growing segments of enterprise software - AI-powered quality engineering.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
        • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, personalised multi-touch email sequences, and LinkedIn to engage QA Directors, Engineering Managers, and CTOs at target accounts.
        • Research and identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and G2 intent data - focusing on companies with active test automation pain points.
        • Clearly articulate AlgoShack's differentiated value in AI-augmented autonomous testing; handle technical objections confidently with support from Sales Engineering.
        • Qualify in bound and outbound leads using MEDDIC/BANT frameworks and schedule product demos for AlgoShack Account Executives.
        • Maintain accurate, real-time records of all out reach activities, lead status, and pipeline progression in Salesforce CRM.
        • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to follow up on content downloads, webinar attendees, and event leads from AlgoShack's industry presence.
        • Consistently meet or exceed weekly KPIs: 60-80touchpoints/day, 3+ email sequences active, and 10-15 qualified meetings booked per month.
        • Share market intelligence - prospect feedback, objections, competitive insights - with sales leadership to sharpen AlgoShack's messaging.
        • Participate in weekly sales standups, pipeline reviews, and ongoing enablement sessions on AlgoShack's product roadmap and competitive landscape.

      QUALIFICATIONS:
        • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
        • Currently authorized to work in the U.S. on OPT or STEM OPT (valid EAD card required on day one)
        • Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to speak to technical and business audiences
        • Genuine curiosity about software development, QA, and AI/ML technology
        • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
        • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)or strong willingness to learn quickly
        • Ability to work full-time (40 hrs/week) from any U.S. location


      Preferred / Bonus:
        • Prior internship or work experience in B2B SaaS sales, SDR, or customer-facing technical roles
        • Basic understanding of software testing, QA automation, or DevOps concepts(Selenium, CI/CD, Agile)
        • Experience using sales engagement platforms: Outreach.io, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar
        • Exposure to AI/ML products, developer tools, or enterprise software sales cycles
        • STEM degree eligible for 24-monthSTEM OPT extension
        • Multilingual abilities a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, etc.)

      AI Tools: AlgoShack AI demo environment, ChatGPT for email personalisation

      Data & Analytics: Tableau pipeline dashboards, Salesforce reports

      OPT CANDIDATE GUIDANCE:

      EAD Requirement: You must have a valid Employment Authorization Document (EAD card) before your AlgoShack start date. OPT applications typically take 3-5 months - plan accordingly with your DSO.

      Degree Alignment: Your degree must directly relate to this role. Computer Science, Information

      Systems, Business, Marketing, and Communications degrees typically qualify. STEM fields are strongly encouraged.

      STEM OPT Extension: Degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Engineering qualify for a 24-month STEM OPT extension - giving you up to 3 years of work authorization.

      E-Verify Enrolled: AlgoShack is an E-Verify employer. STEM OPT candidates will receive a formal Training Plan (Form I-983) outlining how this role aligns with your degree program.

      DSO Reporting: OPT students must report AlgoShack as their employer within 10 days of starting. Our People Operations team will provide all documentation needed.

      Note: AlgoShack does NOT offerH1B visa sponsorship at this stage. Candidates whose OPT or STEM OPT expires during employment must independently secure ongoing work authorization.
