What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain prospect lists to support the sales organization
- Generate pipeline and coordinate qualified meetings with Regional Sales Representatives
- Conduct daily outreach to prospects via phone, email, and other communication methods
- Collaborate with Marketing and Regional Sales Reps on sales campaigns and outreach efforts
- Qualify leads and set appointments with key decision-makers, leading to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a sales or lead generation role in a high-tech or SaaS company
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high ethical standard
- Motivated, self-starting attitude with a desire to learn and grow in sales
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM systems
- Basic understanding of the business development process, including ABM, ICP, and Buyer Persona
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Passionate, coachable, and a team player
