What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and prospect potential customers, setting up meetings to advance the sales process
- Take ownership of fulfilling daily, weekly, and monthly quotas
- Schedule 4-6 new meetings per week and follow up on cancellations
- Maintain detailed notes on calls and update information in the customer relationship management software
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment in sales messaging and strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with diverse prospective customers
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Experience in engaging active listening and rebuttal tactics
- Must be able to accept constructive feedback and learn to improve techniques
- Proficient verbal communication skills in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in selling to dealerships
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
