What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the employer's products and services, utilizing consumer research to explain how solutions meet customer needs
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new sales opportunities
- Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps
- Identify best practices for refining the employer's lead-generation playbook
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Strong computer/software skills (Google, Microsoft)
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience or a bachelor's degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting
- Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software
