What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls to homeowners
- Qualify real estate leads by uncovering motivation, timeline, and property details
- Manage follow-up and nurture leads that are not ready to engage immediately
- Set well-qualified appointments within the inside sales pipeline
- Accurately document conversations and lead details in the CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Permanent U.S. residency
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home workspace
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfort with outbound sales activity
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in phone sales roles
