What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate new sales leads through outbound calling and emailing, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
- Create engaging first impressions by effectively communicating the benefits of the employer's platform to prospects
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and prospect information in Salesforce.com and outreach.io
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and objectives in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months in a qualifying or prospecting sales role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Resilient and persuasive personality with a passion for sales
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment
