What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media
- Understand potential client needs and clearly articulate employer solutions
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer demands, and competitive insights
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience required
- SaaS and B2B experience is a plus; aviation industry experience is a bonus
- Comfortable making at least 50 cold calls per day
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales development role within the aviation industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
