**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Research and build cold accounts through adding contacts, sending emails, and cold calling
- Qualify prospects via phone and email, identifying key decision-makers and business pain points
- Meet a monthly quota of Sales Accepted Meetings
- Transform Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Opportunities by educating and challenging prospective buyers
- Utilize CRM to record activities, route leads, and coordinate the Sales Accepted Opportunity management process
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and forecasting skills
- Ability to promptly manage and respond to customer contacts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience in a sales or customer service role within the risk management or technology industry
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
- Knowledge of risk assessment and management solutions
