      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cultivate relationships with Defined Contribution (DC) Specialist Advisors to achieve annual sales and retention goals
      - Create and implement an annual territory management plan focused on pipeline and closed investment wins
      - Conduct high-impact engagements, including finalist presentations and value-add presentations to plan sponsors
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Investments, Marketing, and National Accounts to optimize sales results
      - Share best practices and contribute to a collaborative culture within the DCIO Field Sales Team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
      - Minimum of 10 years of external wholesaling experience in the Pacific Southwest territory
      - Experience in DCIO and/or Retirement Plan Sales
      - FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
      - Self-directed with a willingness to travel (50%)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CIMA, MBA, CFP, or CFA certifications
      - Extensive knowledge of the DC industry, including DCIO and/or Retirement Plan Sales
      - Advanced sales, service, and relationship management skills
      - Outstanding verbal and written communication and public speaking skills
      - Comprehensive network of DC Specialist Advisor relationships
