      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, develop, and manage a team of Sales Representatives focused on K-12 tutoring programs
      - Establish and execute strategic go-to-market initiatives aligned with revenue goals
      - Oversee multimillion-dollar sales targets with accountability for growth and market penetration
      - Partner cross-functionally to optimize tutoring solutions and ensure client satisfaction
      - Conduct regular forecasting and pipeline reviews to assess sales performance and opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - 7-10+ years of successful B2B or EdTech sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a management or director-level role
      - Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed multimillion-dollar revenue targets
      - Deep knowledge of K-12 district operations and academic intervention programs
      - Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM-driven forecasting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading sales teams within tutoring, intervention, or academic support
      - Familiarity with RFP leadership, state contracting, and complex procurement cycles
      - Advanced skill in consultative selling and strategic planning
      - Strong collaboration experience with Product, Operations, and Client Success teams
