What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Strategic Sales Representatives across a specific geography
- Build a sales team and cultivate future sales leaders for the employer
- Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals
- Manage and maintain the sales ecosystem from lead generation through closing
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop go-to-market strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading Strategic sales teams
- Proven track record of annual overachievement in sales
- Experience leading sales teams that sell through security channel partners
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles
- Experience with SaaS sales related to cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
