      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a structured sales/business plan to penetrate Key and Targeted Airlines
      - Maintain accurate and updated records in Salesforce, tracking sales deliverables and account statuses
      - Create internal approval presentations and external bid packages for the sales process
      - Build and maintain lasting relationships with leadership teams and key employees of assigned customer accounts
      - Drive the end-to-end sales pursuit process, ensuring timely deal closures with maximum value

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial aftermarket sales, with at least 5 years selling directly to airline customers
      - Proven ability to manage multiple sales pursuits in aggressive timelines for a minimum of 5 years
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated over a minimum of 5 years
      - Strong business and financial acumen necessary for composing complex commercial sales proposals
      - Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools for a minimum of 10 years

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a sales manager role with a documented ability to drive end-to-end sales processes
      - Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations with conflicting priorities
      - Experience in composing persuasive and informative proposals for airline customers
      - Proven track record of influencing and communicating effectively across diverse cultures
