What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Prospect and establish new client relationships, managing the full sales cycle from identification to closing
- Grow revenue through upsell opportunities with existing clients
- Tailor presentations and demos of Pacvue's tool suite to meet diverse client needs
- Utilize Sales CRM tools to track account information, sales progress, and revenue forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of B2B and/or SaaS sales experience
- Proficiency with sales CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot, or similar
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams
- Experience in eCommerce and retail media preferred
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling SaaS or online media
- Demonstrated success in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape of the eCommerce industry
