      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter and follow the prescribed sales process
      - Track key metrics including pipeline growth, conversion rates, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
      - Assist with onboarding and training new sales talent on all sales tool applications
      - Refine customer segmentation and assist with territory management
      - Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline reporting for your team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Leader in a SaaS organization
      - Proven track record in Enterprise Software Sales
      - Strong financial acumen
      - Understanding of Accounts Payable processes and ERP Systems preferred
      - BS/BA degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing and refining sales onboarding processes
      - Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) and sales enablement tools
      - Ability to recognize and implement process improvements within the sales organization
      - Experience in managing sales forecasting models
      - Strong collaboration skills with sales leadership and cross-functional teams
