      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, coach, and motivate a team of territory sales representatives to achieve revenue goals and performance objectives
      - Develop and implement strategic sales plans for team sports channels, including schools, clubs, leagues, and Team Dealers
      - Manage key regional and national accounts, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
      - Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
      - Represent the company at trade shows, tournaments, and industry events to build brand visibility and strengthen relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
      - 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in sporting goods, apparel, or related industries
      - Proven success managing remote or field-based sales teams across multiple territories
      - Strong understanding of the team sports market, including school, league, and club purchasing cycles
      - Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
