      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research designated markets to identify key decision-makers at relevant employee benefit firms
      - Attend industry-specific trade shows and events to network and promote the company's offerings
      - Schedule meetings through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
      - Engage with and open new employee benefits brokerage houses within designated markets
      - Continuously achieve weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
      - Proven track record of growing a book of business in an assigned territory
      - Experience driving impact in a metrics/KPI-based environment
      - Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
      - Experience building and maintaining relationships with employee benefit brokers in the assigned market
