      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement sales strategies, forecasting, and territory development plans to meet targets and goals
      - Manage and develop the regional sales team, including hiring, training, and mentoring
      - Promote the employer's solutions through tailored presentations at various conferences and events
      - Build and maintain relationships with Superintendents and C-suite District Administration in top U.S. school districts
      - Provide technical training and support to sales representatives on products and applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to drive sales results
      - Excellent communication skills, including listening, influencing, persuasion, and coaching
      - 5+ years of experience in outside sales management
      - Leadership experience managing remote sales staff
      - Strong understanding of the Challenger Sales Model and ability to coach others to this model

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the education market and/or audio technology
      - High level of expertise in technology tools, including MS Office, Outlook, Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, and Concur
      - Ability to build strong, positive, and collaborative working relationships with diverse teams
