      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement company-wide sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
      - Oversee the activities and performance of Sales Managers and the Setter Team Manager
      - Define, track, and optimize KPIs across the sales funnel, including lead conversion and closing rates
      - Hire, train, and manage high-performing sales talent, including closers, managers, and setters
      - Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to optimize campaigns and ensure smooth post-sale transitions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in virtual staffing or SaaS
      - Proven success managing and scaling remote teams across multiple time zones
      - Deep familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Kixie, and Zoom sales environments
      - Strategic mindset with strong execution and analytical abilities
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      - Experience in building and scaling a high-performance remote sales organization
      - Familiarity with sales performance metrics and analytics tools
