      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the sales division with clarity, conviction, and consistency while setting cultural standards
      - Directly manage and develop team leads, providing coaching and accountability
      - Own and analyze performance metrics, driving revenue and key performance indicators (KPIs)
      - Ensure operational excellence by maintaining clean SOPs, scripts, and workflows
      - Recruit and hire for all sales functions to support team growth and scalability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience managing and scaling remote high-ticket closers and appointment setters
      - Experience in managing managers and building high-performing leadership teams
      - Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve team KPIs
      - High work capacity and availability to support the team outside typical hours when necessary
      - Strong command of HubSpot and pipeline management
