      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute the US sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market reach
      - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives
      - Own strategic enterprise sales cycles, from opportunity identification to closing complex deals
      - Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise clients
      - Analyze sales performance, forecast revenue, and iterate on processes to maximize efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of proven success in enterprise sales, preferably in cloud-native, DevOps, or infrastructure technologies
      - 2+ years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams
      - Deep understanding of technical infrastructure, with Kubernetes preferred, and experience selling to technical audiences
      - Strong track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing multi-million-dollar deals
      - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at executive levels
