      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Close and win licensing business with strategically relevant organizations
      - Develop and execute sales strategies targeting various sectors, including Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Military & Defense, Telecommunications, Automotive, and Industrial IoT
      - Negotiate complex multi-million-dollar account deals while maintaining strong customer relationships
      - Identify key stakeholders within enterprise organizations and introduce employer solutions to them
      - Stay current with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree-level education preferred
      - 10+ years of experience selling hardware IP cores and/or security software or embedded solutions to OEMs
      - Demonstrable history of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment with enterprise-level organizations
      - Previous experience managing complex sales cycles within large organizations, handling multiple relationships
      - Ability to communicate effectively with technical engineering teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience designing and executing a go-to-market strategy for hardware IP solutions; experience with cryptography is a plus
      - Demonstrable experience of building strong, sustainable relationships with stakeholders in enterprise organizations
      - Experience selling deeply technical solutions to engineers as well as to VP and C-level executives
