What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Formulate and execute sales strategies and plans across assigned CPG sales teams
- Develop high-level customer relationships with senior leadership at key accounts
- Collaborate with the Walgreens Advertising Group and Merchandising to implement media solutions
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing the value of VMS products and services
- Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting using CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- At least 6+ years of sales experience with a focus on retail/CPG in marketing/sales organizations
- Proven track record of achieving top-line revenue and bottom-line targets
- Experience in consultative data-driven selling and developing go-to-market strategies
- Exceptional negotiation, conflict management, and strategic selling skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working for a leading CPG or large marketing services solution provider
- Knowledge of brand, retail, shopper marketing, and retail media landscape
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and ability to mentor team members
- Superior analytical skills and strong oral, interpersonal, and written communication abilities
