      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments and building relationships with adjusters and supervisors
      - Recommend new products and services by assessing current offerings and identifying needs
      - Increase referral volume and revenue by effectively communicating product capabilities and overcoming objections
      - Document sales activities and results in the internal CRM platform
      - Stay updated on industry trends by participating in conferences and seminars

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a 4-year college degree (BA/BS)
      - Experience in Auto or Workers Compensation Claims
      - IME sales experience is a plus
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
      - Excellent internal and external communication skills
