What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate buyers and sellers
- Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and presenting investment opportunities
- Overcome objections and negotiate purchase contracts effectively
- Track sales activities and maintain detailed lead notes in the software database
- Engage in regular performance reviews to assess progress and provide feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience; real estate experience is a plus
- Exceptional phone skills and strong communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to process details quickly and create win/win solutions
- Must have a reliable home office setup
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in wholesale real estate is highly valued
- Knowledge of real estate and/or investment concepts
- Previous sales experience, particularly in phone sales
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and articulate demeanor
