What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support weekly data needs by maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) resources and scrubbing/uploading new leads
- Assist in executing direct mail campaigns and generating recipient lists for outreach
- Monitor meeting and referral data to measure outreach performance for the Patient Acquisition team
- Collaborate with team members to audit data at the end of each quarter and assist with quarterly performance reporting
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and support operational responsibilities and administrative tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university
- 0-2 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent through internships, academic projects, or volunteer work
- Strong attention to detail and a natural inclination to keep data resources organized and standardized
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, including tools like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/INDEX/MATCH, and experience in cleaning and de-duplicating data
- Analytical mindset with the ability to clean raw datasets and create tables and graphs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce, including creating records and pulling reports
- Comfort with navigating new programs quickly, including custom EMR/EHRs and data analytics software
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Slack
