      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and support the creation of engaging sales enablement content, including presentations, job aids, and microlearning videos
      - Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), managing user accounts, roles, and content uploads
      - Serve as first-line support for platform users, managing helpdesk tickets and escalating issues as needed
      - Track and report on key adoption metrics to inform program effectiveness
      - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support enablement initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience supporting LMS or sales enablement platforms
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
      - Strong content creation skills, particularly in PowerPoint and microlearning videos
      - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Strong organizational and project management skills
      - Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and database applications
      - Strong attention to detail and practical judgment
      - Strong English skills (oral and written)
