What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the full sales cycle, including market analysis, pipeline management, go-to-market strategy, and sales campaign management
- Drive streamlined CRM sales tracking processes and ensure key updates are effectively communicated to stakeholders
- Develop and deliver sales training programs to equip teams with necessary tools and resources
- Analyze key sales performance metrics to identify trends and assess enablement effectiveness
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by leading regular alignment calls and sharing pipeline insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years as a Business Analyst OR High School/GED and at least 5 years as a Business Analyst
- Experience in a healthcare company with a strong understanding of industry dynamics and sales cycles
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and data manipulation
- At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Consulting experience
- MBA
- Experience working with Salesforce and/or Seismic
