- Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Delivery Services teams.
- Create, update, and manage learning materials and enablement content across multiple functions.
- Translate technical product updates into consumable, actionable learning for customer-facing teams.
- Lead end-to-end enablement program lifecycles, including ideation, content creation, delivery, and measurement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership) to identify training gaps and align initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and enablement events for new hires and experienced staff.
- Measure program effectiveness through KPIs and continuously improve based on performance insights.
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, sales, customer success, or technical support within a B2B SaaS company.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid understanding of commercial functions such as sales, customer success, and service delivery.
- Strong background in learning design, program management, and enablement tools (e.g., SalesHood).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and comfort working with changing business needs.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support team activities.
- Competitive compensation ($104,000 - $122,000/year for contractor role)
