      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with internal stakeholders to build, develop, and administer a new hire sales training program for all new sales teammates
      - Create, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training & certification programs, including a mix of in-classroom, instructor-led, online, and webinar courses
      - Conduct individual coaching sessions to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback
      - Collaborate with sales and business leadership teams to refine and optimize the sales process, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
      - Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to incorporate relevant insights into sales coaching and training materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
      - At least 8-12 years of relevant experience
      - Must be willing to travel up to 25%
      - Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
      - Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods
